At the LEAH Initiative, every event is an opportunity to turn awareness into action — from tree planting to clean energy training to youth dialogues. Here’s what’s happening this month and what we’ve accomplished recently.
In celebration of Leah Namugerwa’s birthday, the LEAH Initiative hosted a nationwide tree planting event that brought together youth, schools, and community leaders under the #BirthdayTrees campaign.
Over 1,000 trees were planted across Uganda a celebration of life, growth, and environmental action.
Join us for a hands-on community workshop under the Green Flame Project, where we turn organic waste into clean, eco-friendly briquettes.
Participants will learn how to make sustainable fuel, reduce deforestation, and create local green jobs.
This event empowers communities to embrace clean energy solutions while tackling waste and climate change at once.
